Abstract
--------------
        In the first part of the seminar the history of the CrossGrid
project will be reminded, the begining, the execution and the results.
In the second part indirect results will be underlined, such as: new
subject for research, development and teaching, introduction of
new technology in Polish computing centres, building of computing
infrastructure for physics, establishing of new international grid
conferences and participation in new european grid projects
(with particular emphasis on EGEE nad BalticGrid).
