             "Simulation Method for Estimation
         of Security Overhead of Grid Applications"

The main disadvantage of the cryptography algorithms is the
communication overhead resulting from additional computations and transmition
of redundant data. The overhead on individual connections
degrades the efficiency of whole distributed and grid applications.

I will present a simulation method designed to enable estimation of
the application efficiency even before the implementation.
This approach will enable a developer  verification and tunning
of their design of the efficient and secure communication. The method assumes
the developers provide an intuitive high level model of the application and
resources, and next this model is automatically transformed to the formalism
of Timed Coloured Petri
Nets to enable investigation with a simulation.
