           "PlanetLab project - A Short Overiew"

This talk will introduce the PlanetLab project, which is a
worldwide academic and commercial testbed aimed at testing
network-intensive and parallel applications. The basic goals of
this project will be discussed along with its geographical
distribution, participants and modes of operation.
